At the beginning of this year, PeopleFacts enhanced its employment screening platforms with additional FCRA compliance features in conjunction with our multi-jurisdictional criminal products (which we now call our BroadScreen Verify product). Now when a criminal record is found for our employment screening clients, the record is manually verified as being up to date with the original source by our FCRA-Certified Criminal Research team. The end result for our clients has been that they are very pleased with the improved quality with only minimal delays.
