PeopleFacts is the best! I love the fact that all background checks are always in within a few days.
The previous service we used for background checks would take an average of three to five days to get the results, but PeopleFacts gets the results to me in a day or less. In our business with our employees being in people’s houses and having access to their private information, it is very important for us to have the right kind of employee. Getting a quick background search is a part of that. Vicki and Shawn have been great anytime I have any questions. I would recommend PeopleFacts to anybody.
PeopleFacts is very easy to navigate. It allows me to schedule automatic Motor Vehicle Records every six months. They remind me when its time and all I do is push a button. I get all my reports back quickly, most times within minutes. Everyone in Tech Support is always very professional and helpful. They know what they are doing, friendly. I have never had any issue with tech support or the website. PeopleFacts makes my job easier.
I really like the fact that now when I put in the background checks; your timing is remarkable about getting them back in a timely matter. I think that PeopleFacts is very fast with the returns on the requested background checks. I know before it did take some time usually it was the Courts in California, and not PeopleFacts’s fault.

Hi – a long time ago (2006) – a gentleman by the name of Mr. Steve Weiss turned me on to your company. I used to use this company at Famicos before that. I am very grateful that you kept me during my property management start up. I am a property manager and frequently I use your services to conduct a background check. I truly believe this separates my company from other “small” property management companies. When I started, like any other business, funds were very short. I was able to conduct professional property management services for my clients, but the timing was off when it came to collecting my fee. Anyways, I think my business is running OK now. Over the course of several years of using PeopleFacts, your results of the background checks have increasingly gotten faster and the results of some no longer take several days, and they come now as soon as a few hours if that. PeopleFacts has always worked well for me, and the customer support staff have always been very friendly. If I have a question, they answer it very promptly, and I appreciate not being cycled through several agents before my question is answered. The agent that takes my call finds out the answer and takes care of any concerns I may have.
